Echappée Belle Reconnaissance Course - 4 days
The 4-day trail running camp in the Belledonne mountain range is the most comprehensive format offered by the Trail Running School. It is designed for committed trail runners who want to seriously prepare for a long or ultra race, and in particular for demanding formats like the Échappée Belle Intégrale.
Over four consecutive days, this camp immerses participants in the realities of mountain running: distance, elevation gain, technical challenges, accumulated fatigue, and decision-making. The goal is not raw performance, but rather mastering effort in alpine terrain, an essential condition for finishing a challenging race.
