Welcome to theRestaurant 'Le Madame', located in the village of Haut-Bréda, a few minutes from the Les 7 Laux ski resort, in the heart of the Alps! Come and enjoy a gourmet experience, full of generosity.

We offer you traditional and refined cuisine, where each dish is sublimated by our chef Luc Neyhouser. His kitchen ? Simple products, worked with finesse, passion and know-how.

The restaurant's menu is short and it changes regularly according to the seasons and the desiresof the moment (we have an offer vegetarian). All year round, you will find some Savoyard specialties on the menu such as raclette and fondue.

The Chef and his team wish to cook and work only with local producers and thus create the best of cuisineat the fairest price >.

Our restaurant is open on Wednesday lunchtime and from Thursday lunchtime to Sunday lunchtime. It is also open Wednesday evening during school holidays.

For people staying at the Hotel Le Madame, we offer Sunday evening, Monday evening, Tuesday evening and Wednesday evening, a unique menu (starter + main course + dessert).

Refreshment & Snacks The bar

The bar opens its doors from 5 p.m.. You will discover a wide variety of hot and cold drinks: soda, aperitif, wine, beer, cocktails, etc. In the bar of our restaurant, we also offer artisanal ice creams produced at "La Ferme des 2 Massifs" in Allevard, very comforting snacks after skiing or even charcuterie & cheese. In short, ideal treats after a hike or during a relaxing afternoon.
